I am just starting up my painting again after a very long time. All my old acrylics have dried up in the tubes! that shows you how long it's been :-S I have been given some 'Reeves' and 'Liquitex' acrylics to get me back into it but they dry almost immediately in my sometimes rather warm conservatory. :( Anyway! I have a 'staywet' palette but don't really like it. It's too small for a start and I much prefer the feel of a normal Palette to mix on. Too this end I have been looking for paints that will stay fluid on the palette. The only one I can find that makes this claim is the Golden open range. Can anyone tell me if this actually works in practice please? I don't need the paints to stay fluid on the palette for days on end but it would be nice if they lasted an hour or so?
