I've been reading the article in sept LP, about acrylic inks, and quite like the idea. But before I rush out and buy some, I'm a bit concerned by the pictures in the article. they look a little "washed out" - dull even. This may be due to the reproduction in the mag.
I like working with rich, deep colours, painting anything and everything.
Cromacolour acrylics are pretty damn good. I have both tube and liquid versions. Question is - is there a real difference between acrylic inks, and liquid arcrylic like chromacolour (slightly watered down)? Would it be money well spent to try inks?
If anyone had any experience with acrylic inks and would like to throw in some thoughts, I'd be grateful for advise.
