All three artists in this exhibition strive to communicate the wildness and elemental beauty and power of weather, landscape and seascape. they have worked together for fourteen years now and whilst their work originates from the same source, their interpretations remains strongly individual. Margaret works primarily in mixed media using colour and abstract form to express her feelings about the places in which she paints. Christine lives and works on Dartmoor, her work explores Dartmoor in its many moods and the changing light Christine's small paintings are completed on site and larger works are developed in the studio from these smaller images. Christine works primarily in acrylics and also makes monoprints. Anne lives in the South Hams; working in acrylics and oils she is fascinated by the textures and form of the rolling countryside and the deep lanes of her home patch and the effect of the changing seasons on the landscape. together we spent a week on Scilly in March and will have some work from this archipelago . come and meet the artists on saturday july 5th from 12-4pm
