Sorry to hear about all your aches and pains...I do Reiki so I'll send you some! I am moving on to the second stage in a few weeks so I'll be able to distance healing. I keep finding artists who are superb...one day I might be able to look back and see if I improve with practise. You asked about my hands...they are usually ok...it's the eyes that let me down!
