Hi, like Patricia I am new to blogging so here goes.I am an expat from the Wirral and I have lives in oz since 1971...I have recently taken up the brushes again after 21 years having given up studying for an art diploma when my daughter was born...I am not a natual artist and had to be taught by some very patient tutor hence it is difficult to know when to stop...To that end I am going to try some chinese brush painting which is done with few brush strokes this will have to be after xmas I've bought some books and equipment i don't think there is a class in my district so any suggestions greatfully received...At the moment I am working from books for inspiration but I'm hoping to get a nice digital camera for xmas,enough hints have been passed hopefully by then I will be able to post a picture...I have completed two hangable pictures snapped up by my daughter and hubby...I am now on my third,a housewarming gift for a young friend. Hopefully next year I will find a group to join... this will be my picture until I can get another because I usually take the pictures...Patsy King
