This is the same painting added to back in my studio from photographs taken on the spot. I presented all these paintings on the 1st night's ( friday ) presentation in one of the studio's in Flatford Mill, with a view to asking my L's which they preferred and why, most preferred the first plein air attempt of the Mill pond at Cambridge, and this served as a good illustration of when to stop fiddling with a watercolour ; )
