hiya phil and patsy................. Just had the same problem with a drawing........been so busy............had works party last nite....so been busy deciding what to wear.....along with shopping plus overtime.............have just put tree up............and finished xmas shopping too...........now feel relaxed enough to get my pencils out and wipe the dust off...............

Hi Ruthy have not been near the shops since Sat start xmas present shoping tomorrow have to write cards out yet and the tree's not up but I love xmas once I get going....off to the races Sat for the works xmas outing a dress up day fortunately I have what my daughter calls a cool dress last worn to a wedding so i'll wear that I had better or i'll get a good telling off and she'll be there too...i've decided not to paint till after xmas I just ruined another canvas trying to do too much at once...does anyone else have this problem? nice to talk to you

Hi Ruthy I know what you are talking about when you go shopping.Went out Sat to buy an outfit for hubby's works went into the art shop and they had a sale on oils which I love but have been working with acrylics guess where all my spends went on the oils lots of colours and some of that nice non odour solvent had enough money left for a bar of chocolate what a treat

Hi Ruthy your PM got through OK...so too did one from Aqua...It looks like the POL Team are making a few changes...I know what you mean any in-town shopping trip ends up in the art shop. I can resist the books as they all seem to be very similar and very unadventurous when dealing with acrylics...Or they are very dismissive of acrylics...such snobbery...Its paint & brushes with me...oh and canvases especially when I see a bargain 4 pack with BOGOF as well....
