I wonder if you know an old pal of mine named Peter Pugh? He contributes to this initiative, I think; and is involved with Combat Stress (I may have that name wrong) which encourages former service personnel, and those currently serving, to take up art as a means of helping to deal with the issues to which their service subjected them. It strikes me as a wholly worthwhile initiative, and helps those who look after the rest of us, whom we so often take for granted.
