Egland is going through a cold snap. During this time of the year it is not so easy to go out of doors to set up your easel and start to paint. So it may be wiser to take a picture or two and do a quick scetch to take back to your 'studio' to paint this close to the heater. My new painting is started in my mind. First thinking about a subject; do I need to go out with my camera or do I still have some photographs and scetches I like to use?
