Biography

Living in beautiful North Yorkshire I am never far from inspiration or a pencil or paint brush. I love making music and art although some of it can only be loosely described as such. I strongly believe creativity is good for the mind and use my art to help keep me on a reasonably level keel whilst living with PTSD. Having to be mindful of what the scene in front of me is presenting whilst painting is a brilliant aide to this. I am a strong advocate for better understanding and acceptance of mental health issues in society and speak freely about it on my website. www.tamstewartmusic.com
