Mike Starks

Biography

I have dabbled in painting (oils and watercolour) for 30 years but started attending workshops in the Spring of 2014. Inspired by my tutors and the Devon countryside I now spend much of my free time painting in Acrylics and Watercolours, mainly painting subjects requested by friends, e.g animals, vehicles, portraits, landscapes. It is incredibly satisfying to see something appearing in front of ones eyes and fantastic when a painting stirs emotions in the recipient.
