Eleanor King

Eleanor has returned to painting after a long absence. After Harrow Art School and a 12 year career in London as an illustrator graphic designer, she went on to study a degree in Clinical Nutrition after raising a family, so has more recently been immersed in a world of food and optimising health. A painting holiday in Scotland reignited her passion for painting, both sea and landscape, and the serendipitous nature of watercolour provides pleasure in the challenge. Having recently moved to Devon, its inspirational landscapes are evolving her practice and she recently won an exhibition award in the TALP Open competition, part of Patching's Festival 2020 , for 'Red Kite over Dartmoor'.
