This Monday morning art group is broad in its use of media but concentrates on the natural world: land and seascapes, plant forms, birds, small mammals, shore finds etc. We follow a seasonal pattern as far as possible moving between watercolour, acrylics, soft and oil pastel, inks and coloured pencil, often combining them as mixed media. Students can use their own materials but there are always plenty to borrow from the tutor. Some of our projects are detailed and refined and others are freestyle; students can experiment and find what they enjoy most. Tutor: Helen Hanson SBA
