Lucky you Sylvia, I wish Santa had bought be a Ampersand board. Anyway, this is a lovely sketch and well done on your letter in The Artist, something we both feel very strongly about.

Whilst in my enforced leisure time I have been thinking of things I want to paint in the New Year. I have had a pressie of an Ampersand Gesso board and really want to get going with it. I have plenty of these Goldie's in the pond and so far the Heron has not noticed these ones . So it will be a fishy pic and this is the first idea run . Coloured pencil and Posca white marker in my A4 moleskine sketch book .
