We were taking a lockdown walk when we came across these two cows back-lit by the setting sun and I wanted to try to capture the lovely glow and colours of the hedgerow and the cows.

I first started painting in March 2017 after a starter box of acrylic paints had sat on my shelf for fifteen years. After sorting out the tubes that had dried up and buying a better selection of brushes, I finally jumped into this wonderful hobby and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
