A spectacular painting, Linda - I really like this... (from the photo, there's no sign of the paper having buckled)

I’ve been following your progress on the forum Linda and you’ve produced a super painting despite the difficulties.

Love the great sense of depth you have achieved here Linda. Can’t see any evidence of buckling.

Thank you Jan, Fiona and Carole. I’v been trying to iron the paper by putting it under my hot laptop!

Looks stunning, you have done a great job.

I've been there in Linda, there was a lot of snow! I like very much how you've got that warm light, almost blinding, on the snow.

Many thanks Denise and Marjorie. I painted it using the theory of airial perspective, but I am very inexperienced with landscape. Good to know the theory works.

Love the perspective and the way the stream cuts through the deep snow

A very impressive work Linda, lovely lead in to the composition.

Thank you so much Katy and Alan for your kind comments.

I like the sense of weather and space, good one Linda

Looks great, beautiful blend of colours Linda.

Thank you Carole and Heather. Your comments are really appreciated.

Thank you Romila.

Acrylic on A4 Daler Rowney heavy weight acrylic paper, which I would not recommend. My masking tape has ripped of the surface and it the paper has buckled. However DR produce other acrylic surfaces, which I have not tried yet.
