Well executed watercolour, beautiful mountains, good recession.

Perfectly offset by your bike! Adds real depth to these clean washes, which so well explain the texture of the rock.

This is my favourite. Beautifully painted, bike included!

The sort of thing many would love to do, but never make it. Very impressive & well done on some lovely pics.

Beatifully painted mountains - loose but defined if you know what I mean. The bike is great in that it adds scale. What a wonderful record these paintings are going to make. Do I feel a book coming on......??

Thanks for the positive comments. I've just signed up so I'm pleased to see responses already. A Book? Funny you should say that. I'm working on a gripping 'Illustrated motorcycle diary travel journal comic strip' - take a look at http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/tstories/simonroberts

Smashing the way you have painted the mountains. lovely light in this one too.

Lovely crisp lines and transparent muted colours.

The Karakoram Highway in Northern Pakistan. The road to the Chinese border. One of a series of watercolours I'm working on based on sketches and photos made on an Overland bike trip to Kathmandu.
