I just love your gallery! I'd love to reach this standard eventually as i love doing all the details. only been going a couple of years so got loads more learning to do yet! Well done. its brilliant!

This is an imaginary scene that I dreamt up with some encouragement from my wife, who asked me to paint something "romantic" with a dinner table. I had a lot of fun painting it, allowing my imagination to run wild and making ample use of "golden ratios" (1: 1.613) in positioning key features, such as the sun and the edge of the gate.
