Islay - a place for birds

Islay - a place for birds

Hi Peter, I like this - Barnacle geese right? The aerial perspective with the distant mountain and middle ground is perfect. And the squadron of geese in the air really throw life into the painting. Great work!

Hi Ian Many thanks for your comments. Yes, the geese are mainly Barnacle, but the birds in flight are White-fronted geese, when I took the photo from the RSPB hide on Islay - one of my favourite birdwatching haunts. Thanks again Peter

Nice painting. the perspective with the Geese/birds flying is very good. Definitively eye catching. Very well done.

Thank you for your comments Jeannette.

Really like this - you feel like you are viewing it from a little hill. Great effect
