I know this scene well, just across the 'border' from me into Yorkshire! I have tried to paint this in watercolour but found it too hard! This works very well, Dennis is right, you do have a talent.

Ashley Jackson's on the corner! We lived in Holmfirth when the kids were growing up, great place, brings a lump to my throat! Lovely painting Michael - do you put any paintings into the Holmfirth Art Exhibition? I did this year. Loved your other painting of Holmfirth too.
