Super colors and atmosphere. I especially like the rendering of the water in the foreground.

Margaret, this is a striking painting. On the c&c side, I wonder, is the top left sky area unbalancing the composition somewhat? I think I may have greyed it slightly? Feel free to dismiss, it is just the immediate feeling which came to me on seeing the painting, which I like very much, it's a powerful statement.

Ruth, thank you foryourcomment, you have given me something to think about. My skies do have a tendancy to the "unnatural". There again I tend to use very vibrant colours for everything. Please feel free to comment at any time.
