Really lovely pen work Malcolm I can see you you loved doing this.

Super pen work and such a lovely sketch which has so much detail and interest. I had a holiday in Connemara and thought it the most beautiful place.

Thank you so much Carole and Thea, yes Carole I do enjoy doing this kind of work I find it very therapeutic, you are so right Thea Connemara is beautiful, I stayed on the Galway coast in an old cottage that was literally no more than 100yards from the rocky shore and you followed a rough road off the main road to get to it, as basic as they come still with a peat fire and a secluded little cove right next to it, heaven.

Two wonderful sketches Malcolm, but this one is full of history and feeling. Gorgeous.

Thank you very much for that Fiona, you could not help but get a strange feeling sitting there in the quiet , you could almost feel the past, or at least I could, I must admit to being quite sensitive to surroundings like that and the high mountains.

This was a pen and ink work of a ruin I found in Connemara during one of my trips to Ireland, to me it just said everything about the sad past of Irelands history. The weather was fair, so I sat and did the whole work on the spot and really got the feeling of the spirit of the place.
