Jayne Kurowski sent in her version of the project saying: 'I painted this in soft pastels (which I have never used before) on backing board. I found them interesting to use and I employed as many colours as possible to make the painting as colourful as possible within the limitations of the subject. Once the picture was finished I fixed it. I had been given the pastels so had no idea of their quality.'
