OMG we went down a motorway thing the other day (it goes to the sea I think) and seen this view and there are houses on the hill just like that :) I think the big hill is called the goat or sth like that But this is what the houses looked like to me xx

You are absolutely correct. The view can be seen from a lay-by on the Ardrossan bypass and the big hill across the water is Goatfell.
