Again, one of those things which developed..the "three colour rule" and the "cool or warm, no mixing rule". My personal limitations and guidelines. Applications of pure lemon yellow and indigo, and then merging colours. I wasn't sure I had achieved anything, and couldn't make it work. I cleared the lines by pouring clear water through and letting it go wherever it wanted, until I had almost removed the paint/ I WAS thinking of identifying this as trees by pouring sepia/yellow mixed paint through it, but perhaps I would lose the tone contrast.
