Devon Zoo wolf

This painting was done when I returned from my 2 day pastel teaching session with Vivien Walters. Whilst there my husband and I just managed to visit the Devon zoo where the wolves are ( Vivien does some beautiful paintings of them). We were a bit late arriving and in fact they were closing but I was introduced to the photographer who was there in 2010 (sorry I have forgotten your name) and he kindly gave me permission to paint from one of his photographs. I have since noted a great big error.... I forgot the shadow...so its a reminder to me.... remember grounding!
