Not painted as such, just swirled the two colours.

I think that the beauty of these challenges is that they make us try new things. Experiment a little, in this case, just using the blues. Good fun and a bit of an eye opener. This one is smashing. You say you've swirled on two blues and yet I can see so much. The centre dancer even has the light on her face, perfectly placed albeit possibly an accident? I love it Carole!! Who knows where this might lead? I expect that I'll be trying to swirl the colours too after seeing this which is what I mean about the challenges stretching us and restoring that painting enthusiasm which for me anyway can be sometimes lacking.

You are right Louise mostly accident, I was trying a blue turquoise adding a touch if white, swirled it a bit and low and behold I saw a dancer, I then used the other end of brush to guide for the other dancers! Thank you for your comment.

Brilliant idea and aren't those inks vibrant! Love the movement and the way the figure appear out of the background. A super 'blue challenge'.

Swirling colours around and together then suddenly you see dancers. Smashing abstract Carole

Great abstract Carole - love it!

Love this Carole! These challenges of Thea&#39;s produce such fabulous and varied results. I&#39;m away from home and my paints at the moment but looking forward to getting back and having a go at this!<br />

Thanks all, easiest effort I have ever made. Few drops of paint, swill it around magic😆

Certainly is magic Carole, love it.

Lovely! You learn so much doing things like this.

Wow! First I saw a flower head and then I noticed those dancers swirling about. Lovely.

It&#39;s been said already. Good outcome from an experiment.

Can&#39;t believe this was unintentional Carole....brilliant result!
