Thanks Harry, William and Stephen, I appreciate your comments. No William not commissions, just enjoy painting flowers.

Just as lovely as the drawing.

I agree with Sue and the others, Carole, the drawing was beautiful, this is wonderful. I do like your subjects and the way you paint them. Also, thank you for commenting on my watersoluble "sketches". I appreciate.

lovely work Carole, as usual your watercolour floral paintings are stunning.

This is wonderful. I like your use of greens!

Much appreciated, thanks for your time to comment, Sue, Mia, Lorraine and Colleen.

Bought some of these a few weeks ago, now dying off. Had not had time to paint them, yours takes the place of them, beautiful!

Nice one Carole

Thanks so much Debbie, appreciate your comment and thanks Phil too.

This is very nice indeed - I don't get on to the site much at the moment so I miss quite a lot. Your flower paintings are beautiful and sunflowers I especially like. I agree, it is more interesting at this stage, the palette of greens you've used are just right - who said green was boring? Thankyou too for your comment to me on portraits.

This is unusual and beautiful Carole. Thankyou so much for commenting on my painting. The greens i use are Daler Rowney 'yellow green', winton sap green and green mixed from cobalt blue and cad yellow with some lemon yellow !

Thanks Marjorie, much appreciated.

Thanks for your kind words Kate and thank you for the info on greens.

Elles sont toutes belles mis j'ai une preference pour celle ci

Thank you Alain. My french is not good, but I can tell this is a kind compliment.

Watercolour 14 x 10" Sunflower past it's best, but more interesting to paint I think.
