Up early, paints out and ready to do battle I see..same here, not at dawn though! Love the vibrant colours and energy in those double lines Fiona and the way that you've included umbrella man. Despite me moaning, I'm really enjoying trying these different ideas and after seeing this, I think you are too! Well done :)

Anything that gets me messing about with arty ‘stuff’ I enjoy Louise. You can see here that I’ve about reached the excessive range of my colour palette, I don’t have a huge choice. I don’t normally paint before lunch but I was at this early and I’ve been back and forth adding a bit here and there. I’m going to try a still life with the brushes and try to obtain some sort of abstract. Thanks Louise!

Very playful and energetic, that's what a bus queue looks like on acid.

Nice Fiona. Love the bird perched on the bus stop. (-:

Love the lively, jolly feel to this Fiona, especially the bird on top of the bus stop post.. Full of fun.

Very colourful and lively, like the bird too.

double brushes? I have enough problems with one! a great lively image Fiona - enjoying these experiments of you and Louise :)

Ah, so that's what you're up to. It's a real eye-catcher for sure and it looks great as a semi-abstract piece, especially with the psychedelic colours. Actually, it stands as psychedelic art in its own right. Bri

You are a kind lot of folk but you shouldn’t encourage me. Lol. Thank you all for your encouraging comments, I promise I will do something serious....one of these days!

What a pair you are with Louise, Fiona! Fantastic work both of you. I wish I had more time to experiment things like that, perhaps later.

Interesting experiment, especially like the little bird.

Lovely energetic and lively Painting Fiona nice and free looking

Satu, Sandra Dennis....thank you very much!

I like the umbrella man, he's definitely going to fall over the lead! You seem to be having fun with this work.

Thanks very much Margaret.

16”x12” watercolour on jacksons. You are right Louise, it isn’t as easy with brushes. You still get the ghost line with them but difficult to control. I haven’t gone for abstract, I wanted to put my dapper chap with the brolly in.....he’s about to come a cropper tripping over the dogs lead I think! I’ll try something abstract next, if I can get my head around abstract....lol.
