As always - really impressive

Amazing Diana. Capturing glass beautifully.

Stunning and very dramatic Diana. Beautiful.

Really lovely painting Diana.

How do you do it Diana. You turn the mundane into something special. Such skill and talent displayed here.

Beautifully painted with great skill!

Excellent.

Thank you Russell. I appreciate your comment. Hello Jim, I do think that in being technically accurate in the glass, there is a loss of energy and ‘life’ Thank you Stephen. I have one more sink painting to come and then a change of subject! Good morning Tao and thank you again. This one definitely looks better in real life. I can’t get the blues to show on the photograph. Hello Tessa. Ha ha, Chained to the kitchen sink ! Thank you very much Paul. I’m happy with the overall observation but I think its lacking a bit of warmth. Thank you Dennis. The foreground is a bit of a muddled mess but I didn’t want any sharp lines there. Hello Christine and thank you for your kind comment. Thank you Elaine. I might get a bit of warm in it somewhere, maybe in the foreground. Hello Jacky and thank you for your message. I really appreciate it.

Wow, Diana, so impressive … your sink is full of simple things you make beautiful!

Morning Carole. Thank you for your lovely comment. I really value it. Thank you Yoko . Your thoughts are very much appreciated. Thank you David. Delighted you think so. Good morning Heather. I’m lucky in having a white ceramic sink in a perfect position for cast shadows. Thank you.

Hats off to your observational prowess Diana! A fantastic piece of work where a viewer can revel in for quite some time!

A brilliant painting Diana and so well observed.

Good morning Nandhini and thank you. I did think I was neglecting my drawing skills when I use a projector or trace an image but all the observation in the paintings has actually increased my drawing accuracy which I’m delighted about. Might be brave enough to draw everything free hand ! Thank you Val. I discovered that early light is the best for capturing the most lifelike colour of a painting.

Always great skill, Diana.

Thank you for your ongoing support Cesare.

Super, Diana - I love the almost monochrome effect.

Keep them coming Diana they are all gems.

Thank you Jenny. I like monochrome too so these colours were right up my street Thank you Barry. There are another couple at least.

Lovely and very clever study, Diana.

Thank you Shirley. Good to hear from you.

Brilliant clarity and composition Diana; God bless

Thank you very much Andrew. I really appreciate you taking the time to comment.
