Blackshore Moorings, Southwold Harbour – a plein air watercolour from my recent trip to Southwold. I remember the late ,great Ken Howard being asked if he could paint every day but only in one place, where would it be? The South bank of the Thames, near his studio, he said. Well the Blackshore is my choice, it's just a shame it's 250 miles from home, and I only get there once a year !
