Thanks everyone for the kind comments. Yes I'm pleased with the detail on the robin (although the eye turned out more by accident than design!), and the foreground branches.

I was trying to create a bokeh type blurred effect for the background twigs but it hasn't really worked. The foreground twigs I'm pleased with and the robin itself but any tips on how to create that blurred effect would be appreciated. Sorry, I hadn't cropped my first photo.
