Beautiful portrait Carole. You have given her a warm and sunny disposition with your carefully crafted technique.

Just beautiful!

That change to the nearer eye has transformed this; now it's just a lovely pic, dear Carole! much love and God bless, 🙂❤️🙏🌊

Good work with the tweaking - not easy! Looks great.

You have made this look so good with the little changes , it’s lovely Carole.

Thank you so much Fiona, Rachel, Andrew, Sarah and Paul. I was encouraging by you all to have another go but was afraid of this unfamiliar medium. I didn’t need to worry, as with a cotton bud and a tiny amount of turps her old eye was replaced in a very short time. Beginning to see a lot of potential for using this medium as there is no fuss to clear up and it’s much safer than soft pastels (not good for my bad chest), although I adore using them. You are all so motivational for which I am most grateful.

Oh yes! Just right! As the song says… what a difference a day makes…

Looks good, Carole!!!

Well done Carole. Not easy to rectify things we’ve done but you’ve managed it.

A lovely sun-glowed young woman. I must have missed the previous post...I'll look it up.

So well done, Carole!

Perfect, just beautiful

Thank you so much Marjorie, David, Christine, Lewis, Peter and Romila for your lovely comments.

I was nervous to attempt correcting this oil pastel, due to inexperience. Couldn’t believe how easy it was and will not submit something without trying to make sure it’s ok. Many thanks for your support and encouragement xxx
