Awe he does look very dejected and you have caught his sad look Bernard. This pastel painting is so good, the colour of the paper suits the subject so well.

Thank you for your very kind comments. I really appreciate your interest. The sanded card is Uart, which I coloured with an acrylic wash. I like using sanded card, both Uart and Fisher 400.
