I visited St Osyth in May with the intention of painting in the boatyard unfortunately I had all of my kit except my brushes. I decided to make the most of my time doing a few sketches and taking some photos. This is one has been on my to do list for a while and my memory was jogged when I saw a painting of a similar scene by Trevor Chamberlain yesterday.
