Lovely painting Barry

Thank you Julian and Karen.

It's a cracker Barry brilliant again very satisfying indeed

It's a great little painting Barry and the best bits for me are the man and his shadow and the gorgeous boat. I saw Jake Winkle demonstrating last week and he said that you can add light on watercolours with white guashe ( sorry, I don't remember how to spell it but you know what I mean.)

Really good painting Barry.

This is alovely composition.I lovethe colours, particularly the varity of blue hues.

You surely didn't do this in an hour, did you Barry? I wouldn't have known where to start! Wonderful.

Many thanks to Dennis, Satu,Margaret and Peter, lovely comments.

Yes Adele I did, I find I need to keep my time limited to stop me fiddling.

Beautiful work, Barry.

Lovely scene once again Barry. Nice dry brush work to finish it off.

I feel I have over painted and lost some of the light but it has been a good learning process. Will decide later if I revisit the scene with another painting.
