Mellow Wellow! Very convincing country scene, Barry, with a delightful rural theme that I must've seen so many times on my travels. The posture of the farmer, and indeed the cattle, is spot on. Superb buildings and beautifully restrained palette. Bri

Whilst going through some of my older work I came across a Plein Air painting of a little village near to where I live. I was never completely happy with the result but felt it had potential, this is me playing with ideas and the result of adding cows and figures into the mix. I am not really happy with the foreground figure but as it’s watercolour can’t mess about with it too much
