Another beauty Barbara - lovely observation of leaf shape and colours. Did you use dissolvable fabric for the leaf skeletons? It is very effective! I used to do creative embroidery before I got hooked on paint. Your work is really lovely and very imaginative.

Thank you very much to everyone for all the lovely comments. Sorry I am so late in acknowledging them but I am just getting used to this website and didn't realise I would receive feedback on my work. The leaves are many layers of scraps of fabric which I have hand-stitched together with a neutral thread. I haven't used dissolvable fabric as I don't machine embroider.
