Acrylic on canvas (92cm x 61cm). This painting I completed last year. I was experimenting with darker colours and stronger lines. I was also painting quickly, trying to capture the energy of the landscape as night drew in. Inspired from a regular walk home in the dark from a favourite pub, through the fields.
