Bright sunshiny piece, Andrea!

Thank you for your lovely compliment Thalia :- )

Thank you Margaret :- ) Not sure where the Summer went, which inspired this piece! Hopefully we will see the sun again soon. Thanks for commenting.

Great to see your work in the gallery Andrea.

Thank you Diana 😊 We are so lucky to have this gallery and our online portfolios aren’t we! Thank you for your support and encouragement, it’s very much appreciated! x

Full of summer!

Thank you Jill :- ) I think this is the first time I have painted flowers in oil paints - usually I use acrylics and a painting knife, so I was happy with the way this turned out, using brushes, oils and a bit of painting knife at the end. The wayside flowers have been a little challenged by the hot weather again this year, but this little patch was looking quite fresh when I visited recently. Very kind of you to comment Jill. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want Summer to end!
