Superb subject and drawing Alan

Super work Alan, has an antique feel too it.

Thanks chaps, not too colourful on this sketch, perhaps because all the buildings were white so no chance of any great contrast or counterchange, the shadows are much darker on the original, it's my lousy photo.

Lovely rendition of P'pero. I'm so glad when others paint scenes on my doorstep - It saves me doing it!

Great true lines in this one Alan and such soft tones throughout. Lovely picture.

Excellent drawing skills Alan..which you already know :)

Beautifully detailed work Alan, just lovely.

Beautiful Alan, drawing very detailed.

Great drawing as always Alan.

I echo what everyone else has said. Excellent Alan.

Watercolour 10 x 8in. on tinted paper, based on my original sketches of this great little harbour when I stayed in a 300-year-old fisherman's cottage overlooking this harbour, and of course the Blue Peter was my favourite hostelry and had great sketching views from the bar window. My original sketches can be seen on page 20 on my gallery if anyone is interested.
