Ipad Bird

Coo.... want one, want one! Were you inspired by Hockney, or had you always wanted to try the Ipad? I see the young artist Fraser Scarfe uses an Ipad - more his generation than mine, but I'm still younger than Hockney so my only excuse is - not enough money. In time though, I shall try to catch up with the 21st century too.

Yes I think its really interesting, probably not as easy as you have made it look. Like Robert Im a bit short of funds, I have enough for an Eye patch but thats about it.!

Very attractive picture Yve, no idea how it's done but presumably this is the future. Can't use the excuse that I can't afford an I pad but I would not have a clue how to paint a picture with one!

very easy....just a bit of practise on the app, must admit tho; it's great for ''plein air '' as everyone thinks you are another computer geek and won't bother you with 'advice' !!
