I like your style Stuart and the pose of the model. I’ve never got far with pastels because I don’t like the feel of them, but perhaps pencils are the way to go?! You obviously have the expertise.

'maria' shows a bit more freedom than the works you do over several sessions. Still a beaitiful study.

A4 pastel pencil drawing on mid tone grey paper. I only had less than 1 session on this one and I think it looks a bit rushed and not quite finished. You cannot produce masterpieces every time!
