What a lovely painting again Christine! How do you get the lines so straight? I was very happy to get an iPad for Xmas and I have tried Brushes but it will take me a couple of years to achieve anything near to your standard. Do you use a stylus to create those very fine and precise lines?

Thank you Satu, it does take a lot of practise I must say! I achieve the straight lines by stretching the 'canvas' to 800% and you can then follow the pixels (I hope you understand that!). I also use this method for detail, although I don't stretch it quite so much. I do use a stylus. I was asked to do a step-by-step demonstration for the POL newsletter which is being sent out this week so you may be interested to read that.

I look forward to that Christine. Another fresh image, so good!

Looking forward to the newsletter Christine it will be interesting to read about your methods for producing such good iPad art as this one is.

Thank you Christine for the information and I'll read your article next week. Well done for having been asked!!

Lovely scene and so precisely painted. Looking forward to the newsletter too :)

Thank you Carole, Val and Sarah for your lovely comments.

Just seen this beautiful one that 'matches' your Christmas card. I would have been tempted, as it is on the ipad, to use one as a basis for the next. I look forward to reading your article .

Thank you Sian, you've changed your name! I presume you got married, congratulations! I seem to be drawn to windows and the views beyond.
