Willie this is beautiful. My oldest son lives there so I know the area well. You have made a super job of simplifying the scene as I have often wanted to paint this place but was put off by all the different buildings and the bridge. I also love the palette you have used and think this painting is terrific.

Thanks CaroleK, I didn't 'remove' any building just some astute cropping. dark skies can be an easy hit CaroleS/Mia, I'm looking for that smoky evening look -haven't found it yet. Thanks Heather and Diana. Appreciate the remarks.
