Chamonix

I sense their trepidation and excitement. I never skied that beast. <br />Lovely work but the further mountains need to reced more..

Lovely loose and expressive painting, Vyora. I&#39;ve also painted around Chamonix- it&#39;s a lovely area, constantly changing with the light.

Nice painting Vyora, mountains are my thing also, like the colours you have and the depiction of the craginess of the mountains. I would agree with Derek and suggest more ressesion and less detail as the mountains move away, also possibly darken the slopes as they dip down into the valleys to enhance the feeling of height to the tops, only suggestions we all have our own ways and this is still a smashing painting, well done.
