A smashing watercolour Vivian. I like the indistinct background which places the emphasis on the cat which is very well done. I also like that the painting is telling a story.

Beautifully observed posture, and really well executed. Great mixture of lost and found edges which to me seems to emphasize the tension in her muscles as she prepares to pounce. Love it.

This is lovely - I really appreciate the subtlety of your work here - I am trying to master watercolour techniques - it's not easy, especially as I normally paint in acrylic or oils. I am very heavy handed with it! Hope I can turn out something as nice as this eventually!
