Has a lot of impact Vanya and the limited pallete works really well. Maybe you could substiutute the black for two colours that make a black e.g. Alizarin/Viridian. That way you can move the dark from warmer to cooler.

Painted with the Hesketh Hubbard Art Society last night, at the Mall Galleries. I worked with a limited palette (black, orange and white), and quite like the result, full figure study for some 105 minutes! Wider colour range next time!
