Hi Trevor, we had lights like this a few nights ago, central Scotland. The green graded out into the night sky just as you’ve painted it here….no beach though 😉

Thanks Fiona, we always assume the northern lights to make a 'curtain' effect but that's not always the case, as you have seen, and my daughter too.
