30 by 40cm.I find quays and slipways surreal places,particularly when there is no sign of human life as on this hot sunday when the giant trawler cast a long shadow.I tried to capture the crystal sky with a thin wash of Coeruleum Blue.The ship was painted in Prussian Blue overpainted with red and orange and the composition drawn out in blue acrylic.
